Default B20z pressure plate in b16a

Would it be possible to fit a B20z OEM pressure plate in a B16a, with B16a fly-wheel and clutch disc?.....Surely the B20z plate will provide increased pressure?

I'm not sure of the B20z clutch specifications(i.e. alignment pins, clearance for clutch disc, etc)

Please could someone shed some light on this topic...Thanx

Yes it is thanks.

Does the B20z pressure plate provide more pressure than an OEM B16a pressure plate? ....Is it worth doing?

its more than likely the same exact pressure plate, clutch disk, throw out bearing and pilot bearing, expletive the flywheels are probably the same...
