Default oil is spark plug area

i check my plug wires today jsut messingunder the hood and i notice that i have oil in two spark plug holes9sont knwo what they are called) but any how. one is leaking from the top that' prob the seal on the valve cover. but the other one is not as much oil and is only on the bottom of the hole(thinking it's comig from spark plug. i think i might have a blow ring or sumthing becasyue i have a small amount of blue smoke being forced out it seems like.
