so i get a PM on my local forum from a buddy asking me why i was selling my car on ebay. he sent me the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem

I've already tried to contact ebay. what else can i do?

the things people do now a days to scam us. what a low life wait for ebay to get back to u.i was lookin at his feedback: looks like he bought land off sumone and then when he got the deed to the land, he charged back his payment

Well.... You sort of have to think that anybody who bids on a DC2 ITR being sold by somebody with an 88% eBay rating and only 13 sales is...well...sort of asking for trouble.

eBay doesn't answer right away, but they will close fraudulent sales on presentation of your evidence.

Don't fret.

Is that your VIN in the sales information?

exactly. I have delt with fraudulant sales a couple times now. It will be closed.

Is that your vin?

For a while, I went on an ebay scamming find and reported every scam that I could confirm. That takes alot of time though

This guy says he's in LA somewhere. If that is the case, and the seller confirms this, see if anyone can meet up to go look at this car... then show up with a group of guys and beat him within an inch of his life.

When your done beating his ***, take his wallet so you have all his personal information this way you can find him easier to re-beat as necessary.
