get the code that autozone pulled, go back to the dealer and show them how full of crap the tech is who worked on your car. At the very least he will get repirmanded at the best they will can his incompetitent rear....

My dealer is great, I went in with a check engine light, told them the code that I pulled and how I retreived it and they performed the warranty work without any qustions asked.

They even did my rear brakes for under $140 (in Jan I do not work on my car because it was like -24 outside where I live) They even give my a coupon for $140 front brakes I might just take them up on it...if they ever get off of strike ahha otherwise I will do them myself.

Since my dealer is on strike, I cannot get the parts I need to fix my rear quarter panel....

I wish, If I know dealer like yours; right now I am doing my brake job my self, because last time dealer charge me over $500.00 for the brakes

Timing Belt over $800.00
simple Oil change always over $50.00 something

so that is why I am trying to do everything my self - not for fun - my hands always dirty , cuts and burses but its save me some money to live

some dealers can kill you slowley

where u at? Canada? Best bet to find the best dealer is to call around and ask people you know that have hondas who they have service their car. Majority wins. That's how I found my dealer. They are 35 miles from my house and work and I still go out of my way to use them even though there are 3 dealers closer to me (they all suxxors)
