I have a B18C1 from one of my old civic's and I found a '00 shell and I am having trouble with the wiring. I had the old harness from the other civic on the engine and I got the engine running, but the I could not get the gauges to work right. So I got a SI wiring harness and ECU and swapped them in. After I did the harness swap I can not get the car to crank, and also know for some reason the radiator fan comes on when ever the key is in the on position.
Does anyone have anyone have any ideas?

Sorry, the car now cranks, but I am not getting any power to my fuel pump and the fan is still going crazy.

 

Check your grounds and make sure all of your plugs are in the right locations. I had all kinds of weird **** happening until I checked and re-checked all of the plugs on the harness to make it work.
