Default Project FG2 update

Finally got more parts in for my FG

J's Racing FX 60RS titanium exhaust
-the exhaust weighs 12 lbs and it is full titanium built. It sounded pretty deep but there's some droning during 3500-5500rpm. The engine responded a lot better expecially mid-range.

The car sitting on the hoist !

Clutch and flywheel installed.

Transmission case opended up to install the LSD.

J's Racing LSD and Spoon race clutch
-I installed a 1.5way LSD along with Spoon race clutch and an Exedy flywheel. The job was not hard but the front lower subframe and the steering rack has to be removed before you can access to the transmission. I was planning to install the oil pan as well but the J's oil pan doesn't have the built on mount location on the pan so we were not able to get it installed.

Driving- with the LSD, I notice I get a lot more grip on the front tires and it is a lot more easy to control the car by throttle. With a lighter flywheel, I got faster revs but the clutch made the car kerky while changing gears, it could be smoother if I wait the rpm drops which a normal driver would do.

I will be doing T1R suspension in this coupe days so I hope I can get the car ready for the tracking day at PR Seattle on the 22nd of this month

Thanks
Ben

Hey thanks a ton for listing AJ Racing's website. I went ahead and book marked it. I'd just started to consider upgrading the LSD. I noticed that just a little tweeding to the power in the car makes the front end just a slight bit wilder. So now I know I'm NOT crazy.

And that front lip, is that actually for an RSX as well or...? I don't want a kit, just a lip.

Keep it up on this car. I love it.
