Default Piston/valve clearance B18/b16 >>>>PROBLEM<<<<<

my set up is
Stock b16a2 head
B18c1 block
Blox type b cams
It has 11.5:1 JE piston
The problem is that i intalled a spoon 2p head gasket but when the engine is at top dead center and i turn the exhaust camshaft it wont turn all the way. I think the valve are hitting the pistons. but if i turn the intake camshaft it turns normal.
Before i just to have a cometic head gasket i think it was .30mm and this spoon is probably .20mm
So you think the spoon headgasket is causing my valve to hit the pistons.
I will buy a stock head gasket tomorrow.
is the stock head gasket .30mm

i set the timing and the engine rotates good. it wont lock anymore.
my cam gears are set up (0,0) until i get my car tune.
im just woundering how people with 12.5cr handle this problem.
im only running 11.5
im sure i will be ok

if your turning one cam at a time. eventually your valves are going to touch intake to exhaust, especialy if they are locked into vtec. both cams must be rotated together. If you already did this, wich it i beleive you did. you may have bent valves. i learned that the hard way once.

is the motor runnin yet ?
