Default 200 whp possibilities with this setup?

i hve a 00 gsr swap in my ef hatch. the motor is 100% internally stock. i want to rebuild it myself (first timer) but i want to use all oem parts to make things easier for me. i hav a set of ctr cams and .25 os p30 pistons and i will be using a spark racing header. the car will be converted to obd1 and tuned on chrome pro. do you guys think its possible to hit the 200 whp mark by have a decent head port, opening my skunk 2 mani and porting it, use a bigger tb 65-70mm?, and using a velocity stack intake? is 200whp too much to ask for?

ok this is just my opinion i think that if you dont hit 200whp it will be the cams and the header if you sold the cams you would have a good chunk to put toward better cams and if you get a good header like the toda you should be able to do it i say the toda because i like them alot and i think with your setup it would be a good match
