Default headlights need time to turn on..........

my girls got a 92 coupe ex and when she turns her lights on in the morning it takes like a minute for them to come on. and also everytime she turns the car off and than turns it back on all the clocks (dash and radio) go back to 1:00 and memory is erased. i dunno im not really and eletrical person any insite would be great and ill try to fix it. thanks guys.

Can't help w/ the headlights but your clock/radio problem is probably a fuse.

Check the fuse box under the hood, there should be a 7.5 amp fuse for clock/radio(replace), number 32 I think, it should say on top of the cover

The head light issue may be the a relay going bad. That's my guess.

My Cx does the same, but only one headlight. I've been a lazy bastard and haven't looked into it.

It takes longer when it's cold outside <32 degrees, because of this, I think it has to do with worn/corroded wires.

hers has like 210k on it i think it might just be corroed wires....maybe. i had a 83 civic with 375k on it and i did the same thing the colder it was the slower they were.
