Hi, i have a silver 5th gen prelude and i was thinking if i could piant the black sideskirts and rear bumper lip thing with some of the shelf silver spray paint. post any comments positive or negative, it all helps somehow . thanks

 

I think it will look good as long as you take your time and clear coat

You're going to need a good primer if there was any silicone product or back to black products that have been used on your lip and skirts... Try something like a flex primer for plastics.

IMO the painted sides and rear only look good in combo with the OEM lip.

when painting yours, sand them down very smooth (they are textured slightly) which will take care ofmost black magic or whatever. You will not find a spray paint that will match perfectly. get the honda paint and an inexpensive sprayer.
