Default fuel pressure and tps ?

Hows it goin fellas i put together a type-r motor to throw in my gs-r and got it runing not to long ago. Im still getting shitty gas mileage and it backfires every once in awhile when i let off the gas. I cant get it dynoed cuz there isnt one anywhere near here. My fuel pressure is set at 39psi and when i turn off the car my fuel pressure is around 11psi for awhile is that where it should be or should it be higher than that. The other problem i have is with my tps its set right and everything but when i rip on the car i keep getting code 7 but if i just drive normal it doesnt go off. Dunno why that happens.

test the tps sensor with a graphing meter. dvom meter, and see how the voltage reacts when moving the throttle plate, should be a linear line, smooth voltage changes, also check to make sure the set, not open throttle voltage is .45v or very close to that..

Fuel pressure should be close to 50 with the vacuum line off. I'm not going to look it up but, it's 47-50 some odd PSI. I run 50 on my R motor (high stock). If you're at 39 with the vacuum line disconnected, you're way off. 39 with it on is probably pretty close to where it's supposed to be. Mines 42 with the vacuum line connected.

Obvious place to look is the vafc wiring. I'd put it back to stock and see if the problem goes away.

well i think i got it seems the guy i got the head from must of had it milled cuz i thought it was when i put the timing belt on and it slid on all easy n ****. But i didnt think about it in regards to timing with the head milled it throws the timing off. When i set it with the timing light the dizzy is turn all the way counter clockwise and was dead on. But i centered the dizzy a little bit all most in the middle didnt wanna move it too much jus to see how it would run and what kinda gas mileage i would get. Well it runs about the same but gets awsome gas mileage now i drove it around all day since i didnt have to work and it was nice out and the needle barely moved any and i put close to 40 miles on it so i think that solved my problem.
