Do 96-98 civic headlights fit 99-00 civic?

This may be a noob type question, but does anyone know if 96-98 civic headlights fit 99-00 civic? specifically 2 door coupes.

They will only fit properly if you swap the hood, fenders, and bumper along with them.

no the front ends are different
