Default oil seal crankshaft pulley

I'm planning on changing my timing belt next week. I bought my parts, timing belt, waterpump, oil seal (crankshaft and camshaft).
But now, I not sure about how I'll be doing this, there's a great diy from poison with a d16z6 but he didn't change his seals.

My question is how can I remove the timing belt drive pulley without fu..ng the timing
also the same question but for the camshaft pulley. The seals are at back of those two pulley that's why I'm asking this question.

if you put it back on just like you took it off your fine. make sure timing marks are lined up .... its is a pretty easy and straight forward job

Ok let's say I take the cam off to change the oil seal, what if the cam turns a little, there are no tdc marks on the camshaft. they are on the camshaft pulley?? There is something i'm missing, sorry for the noob question.
