rpms keep jumping

Default rpms keep jumping

hi people,
i have a little problem i swaped an R motor and i tried different computers but the same result, anybody knows what problem it is ?(rpms keep jumping lightly, car stalls sometimes)

make sure all your grounds are connected on your motor especially the one on the back near the thermostat housing.

grounds is the only reason causing this? I got told that it might be the distributor. Also the Vtech does not sound as loud as it should be . Could that all because of the Distributor? also some people told me that i should use obd0 to obd1 harnes and distributor and a p28 in order for the vtech and the motor to run healthy
