this is about my friends car, 00 civic ex with a gsr swap, car has ran for the past 5 months perfectly fine so its nothing that happened in the swap, im thinking maybe the pgmfi relay "main" but in the fuse box under the hood, the fuse labled FI E/M keeps blowing, what is this fuse for and where can i look to, to fix the problem, the fuel pumps not coming on and im not sure if the ecu is, but this is the fuse thats blowing so i know its something in that circut.

try taking off the ground on the battery first then put in the fuse then put the ground back on

 

it wont blow the fuse til you turn the key to the acc part right b4 the starter engages.

find someone competent

 

you have a short somewhere in that circuit. get a diagram and follow all the grounds that is in that circuit and see if it is pinched
