Oil filter relocation kit?

Oil filter relocation kit?
Anyone use one of these. Seems like it would make oil changes in my civic much easier and they look nice too. Any known problems with them? Does the filter still have to be mounted sideways like it is on the block? Thanks

if you're buying one don't go with the greddy oil relocation. lines are too short 
anyways there would be a slight drop in oil psi but nothing dramatic
