man that must be loud!!! I had an exhaust leak in my cat a while ago and I took the exhaust off from the cat back off and had to drive home, man was it loud, kind of funny though go to an exhaust shop or muffler shop they will hook it up trust me it is worth the five bucks. watch how quiet your headers are once you get it all dialed in.

are you trying to say that you need a donut gasket for the dc header? autozone sells them..

or are you trying to say the header doesnt meet the rest of the exhaust?? then go get an extension pipe..

ya but i have an extenstion but that means that i will have to cut my exhaust more to make it feet and plust my cat is right there so then ill have to move that to another place...and the header used to be welded to my bros car so that y theres like not a place to put the donut gasket so i was just thinking of like making a pipe or something with the donut in it and put it on the header some how

No offense or anything man but you need to learn how to spell and or go to more school. If it is the exhaust donut you need, you should have a muffler shop do it. From what I can make out, you don't have one half of the donut. Either go get the other part somewhere, have the shop weld it on, or just weld the header to the rest of the exhaust. As for quiting it down some, put a resonator in (if you don't already have one) and or change your muffler if it isn't stock like. Pictures are worth a thousand words, just make sure the picture is clear what we are looking at.

ok look i will give a good description of what i am talking about cause i cant get pics right now....well the headers were on my bros car and the owner b4 him welded them on so we had to cut them off so now there isnt a place to put the donut gasket...and if we add an extention that has space for a donut gasket we will have to cut my exhaust which i dont want to expletive up so i was j/w is there ne thing i can like make so there is a spot for the donut gasket without tearing through my exhaust...i was thinking of just getting like a small pipe and putting a donut gasket at the end of it and then just put it in the header with a tight fit and then just bolt it up will that work????n e ideas are welcome...thnx ahead of time

That made a little more sense. You still need to work on some stuff but anyways. If you have a bolt on exhaust, then just get a pipe with the donut gasket on it, weld it to the header (not headers) after you test fit it, weld it.
