Default CTR semi build

I have a ctr motor and It has a ITR crank, with gsr rods , and over size ctr pistons.
My question is, will I have to mill the pistons so it wont hit the head?

nope you dont the block is the same as the gsr the head is like a b18 type r but the valves sit at a slightly different angle i think so either way i dont think you have to mill them i had those pistons in a gsr block with a gsr head and bc4 cams and never had a problem
