note its still not done yet.. my ecu and linkage/axels were misplaced by the engine distributer that strictfab delt with.. thus they dont deal with them anymore..

ive been waiting for 2 weeks for an eg/si gsr swap.. unreal..im happy with the outcome so far.. it would have been done days ago had osaka sent the **** straight the first time.. now my ecu,link,axels are chillin in CUSTOMS.. what a threat to terrorism.. you gotta be f**** kidding me..

the swap is super clean and i got a good price.. matt and john can hook it up proper if **** comes in right.. still waiting.. ohh yea it may be done monday

ive had several job opertunities lost due to this b.s.. ive been stuck at home for 2 weeks.. i know its not stricts fault.

 

you should have brought it to me.......... if i do a swap i wait till it is complete and do it in one night and its gone the next morning if not the same night. but hey it looks good congrats. hope you get it on the road soon

 

i use t work for noyanusa in manassas va.. so getting great deals on swaps isnt an issue... matt beat my price..

i paid the following 4400
full gsr swap with full ac system and power steering
act clutch and they took my flywheel to a machine shop for resurfacing
jdm type r headder
msd ignition coil
new axels (in the box) the ones that are sent with the swap are used and usually beat..
they installed my new rack and pinion honda of washington wanted 790 p/l
alignment
new axel seals for trans
msd wires
my dizzy wires were toast due to improper install of the msd 6a (previous owner) matt rewired everything and got the 6a working correctly shrink wrapped and tucked all the wires so its hella clean..
cleaned the engine well and engine bay.. i could eat off of it..

now i was a tech for pohanka acura in chantilly va.. i can usually do my own ****.. i just lack a garage now that im home.. matt gets good prices on everything and my labor was 500... which is cheap considering honda pays 9.6 hrs for the rack and pinion alone..but the engine was out so he hooked me up..

im getting pissed that my stuff isnt in yet but like i said before.. i know its not their fault..they have been in constant contact and i was there when my engine came in and was also there durring the conversations with osaka.. ****** f***** better get my shitz through customs or ill give them something to check..


i can do a tranny in a tl or cl in 6 hours thats quick considering it pays 13.5hrs
i did a b16a swap in a 93 cx in around the same amount of time.. it all comes down to having the parts you need on hand..
strictfab.. i know i gotgot some parts but it was well worth the money
