ONLY half my cluster lights up ??? tach not working.

Default ONLY half my cluster lights up ??? tach not working.

Ok went to attempt to mess with my car more and when i got in to start it only 2 of my lights came on the battery and SRS. my CEL and all the others that come on when in the Oh position arent on and while trying to start it it beeps at me to close my door still.

Also when trying to start it my battery light flickers but its got good juice.

try the meter fuse under the dash, possibly a blown fuse as an easy explanation. check the other fuses to see if you blew anything else

Yea ill check. Figured there was smoethign else. Thought if some lights went they would all go with one fuse.

why don't you just take out the cluster and check if any lights bulbs are out, if so replace them, check fuses, and you might have a short some where check wires.

I checked some wires but dont really know where a short would be all of a suddon. Woulndt be bulbs because my tach would still work i would think.

no what i'm saying is on the back of the gauge cluster there are little bulbs some of the bulbs might be bad thats why when you turn your lights on just some of the cluster lights up.

still got the problem, i tried changing 2 relays under my hood. are there any other ones? also all my fuses are good.

It's a blown fuse located at the under-dash fuse box. If I'm not mistaken it's either a 15A or a 20A. It happened to me before.
