Default Cali + Engine build + OBD2 + Smog = ?

Okay... first off I'd like to say that I'm in Cali... where smog = So, with this said, this is more for the Cali heads. I was curious how to pass smog (when it's due) if you have an OBD2 car w/ a mild to aggressive engine build using Hondata, Crome, Uber, etc.? If you have a mild build on the engine, do you simply plug in your original OBD2 ECU and go for a smog? I'm curious to know because I plan on purchasing some goodies for my girl, but want to be prepared when that time comes to smog. Some info on this matter would be great. Thanks.

By the way, this is what I've got:
Skunk2 Stage 1 cams
Skunk2 IM
Cam gears
JDM ITR pistons
DC JDM 4-1 header
Greddy Cat-back exhaust
AEM CAI
JG Redline Series head w/ PnP and upgraded valvetrain
J's lightened flywheel
ACT clutch
Chipped P28 ECU

My car is a 96 Integra GSR. I plan on swapping out my cams with something a bit more aggressive; getting a better header (Rage, Hytech, SMSP... jus' something better than what I have); Hondata or Crome; and of course, a good tune. My goals are to get in the 200-210 whp range.

Well... the last time I did a smog, I was able to pass... but utilizing my P72 ECU. However, if I do an upgrade to my cams and header, I'm guessing it'll be a bit more difficult.
