Default 1993 dx sedan suspension?

Hey, i'm new to this forum, and i have a few questions about my civic dx sedan. It needs to get a new suspension. Does anyone have any ideas on this. I've got around 450-500 bucks. I was also dreaming about doing a motor and tranny swap from the d series with auto trans and to a B18C manual (94-95 gsr). Does anyone have any experience on that type of swap. Thanks for any feedback.

First thing first...learn to use the search button. There are millions of posts on here, and I would bet someone has done a B18C into a 4-door Civic.

What are you looking for when it comes to suspension? Slammed, comfortable ride, looking to get spring and struts, coilovers?

If you can't afford full coilovers, I would either get Eibach Sportlines or Ground Control coilovers (these are actual coilovers, rather sleeves that fit over your shocks to allow adjustable ride height).

The Eibach's will run you around $200 and the GC are more like $300, I think.

If you want some struts too, be looking at spending anywhere from $250-$400/$450, depending on how good of a strut you get.
