a conversation question (obd0 to obd1)

Default a conversation question (obd0 to obd1)

i'm finally getting my conversation done, i have d15b vtec engine, d15b vtec dizzy, a harness i made myself accorinding to HT.COM, and a p08 ecu (auto, its the only one i found).
i dont have spark when i switch it on and i have code 15 (ignition code) i still use my obd0 injectoers with the resister box.(can i?!)

whats the problem now? i dont have a spark and engine wont work?!

Yes you can use the ODB0 injectors and the resistor box with OBD1.

ok thanks, but why the engine isnt running? i dont have a 4 wire O2 sensor, i dont have any O2 sensor running at the moment, could it work without the 4 wire o2sensor

yes it will run very poorly w.o the o2
you prblem is in the spark, so make sure you have the right wires running from the harness to the dizz
check the dizz to make sure there is no corrosion

You need the 4 wire O2 sensor, the car will run really bad without it. You can pick one up cheaply on here or on ebay. I got mine for around $35 used.

i'm using a P08 ecu and as i know it only uses one O2 sensor wire

I am using the P28, so I know it uses the 4-wire, but my vtec subharness from rywire is made for a 4 wire O2.

my subharness says i need 4wire o2sensor, but p28 needs 4 wires o2 sensor. p08 doesnt need that, but i heard again the p28 and p08 are identical, right

You don't NEED a 4 wire, but you do need an O2 sensor. It should start. I'm having similar problems with mine, test the ICM in the dizzy if it's used, mine turned out to be bad, so it's getting intermittent spark and the injectors aren't getting the pulses to fire.
