Default CRX sportlines, camber kit

got got the blues on with eibach sportlines....got new tires so i don't want to wear them out quickly...i have read other threads that some ppl say sportlines requires camber kit and other say just get a good alignment done and set the toe...from the look of it the camber seems ok by just eyeballing it but i'll put it on an alignment machine soon to see how bad it is....now the question is if i want to get a camber kit whcih one is recommended? i know the ingalls and SPC makes on ebut they are $$$ and i don't want to spend that much on it for it...
how are the ebay ones, the dropzone ones which are bout half the price of ingalls? anyone have problems with those or wat? cheap quality, hard adjustment or what is it? i won't be messing with the camber all the time...just set it once and drive it...so eya....any suggestiosn would be great

I recomend no camber kit. If you get a four wheel alignment and have all 4 tires set to 0.00 degrees toe, your tires will last a good long time. You will probably have to ask specifically for 0.00* because the factory service limits are a much broader range.

Usually the techs just get them within the limits so the total toe is zero. That probably won't be good enough for a "lowered" car...

dont worry about the front camber, its not an issue. you MUST get a 4 wheel alignment to save your tires.

ok i got the alignement today

don't have print out results cuz i work at the shop and i did it myself basically...but i'm still a noob tech

so rear camber driver side was 0.6 not bad...passenger 1.6....i tried doing the washer thing but nothing...but i just might need to add a washer but i didn't have time so i said camber is ok..just leave it like that

TOE : aligned it and got it perfectly or maybe .01 or soemthing off from spec...so thats good

front camber : both sides were at about -2.1 ~ -2.3 off....so yea

toe i got adjusted and perfect if not just .01 off

and only thing way off is caster...passenger side is about 5 degrees off...thats why my car may be pulling to one side a little

ok for questions...u think the negative 2 camber will effect tire wear that much? my friends been running with 2.5 camber for about half year and toe is perfect but no signes of uneven tire wear...so is it good? should i get camber kit?

what could cause the caster issue?

" caster...passenger side is about 5 degrees off"

somethings definately up with that. run over a lot of pot holes/bumps? curbs? measure the wheelbase, center to center front and back wheels and check specs.

personally, i dont think 2 degrees camber is bad at all. i wouldnt worry about it.

yeah, add shims to the radius rod bushing and washer at the front crossmember. look at the front crossmember, it should be obvious what to do.

im not entirely sure thats why your car is pulling. but whatever.

The tire with more caster will want to turn in towards the center of the car. The tire with less caster will not be able to resist that force, and the result will be the car wanting to veer off the road.

My right front suspension has almost no caster while my left front has about 3*. This causes my car to steer itself to the right when I let go of the wheel...

Tyson: How can I shim/adjust the radius rod to pull the LCA forward?

i suppose you can only shim it back.

id rather replace the part thats causing the bad caster if possible.

Yeah, everything looks clean & unscathed, so I cannot really tell whats wrong without dissasembling everything & comparing arms side by side. I don't want to do that...
