Default Prelude H22A vs Integra LS Non V-Tec

I got a problem, I'm about to jump in and drop a shyte-load of money on a swap into a EG Civic Hatch but I want to make sure I go the right way to get to where I need to be. As we all know, the more WHP the better, but I don't know much overall about how to get there. I found some info on some sites and wanted to know which is better out of these two engines because they're about the same price on the site I'm buying from. Whichever I choose, I'm am considering going turbo over the supercharger and I also need to know the ups/downs on both if you know. In the end, I just want to not get smoked by all the WRX's, RSX's, and any other X's out there. The closer I can get myself to 300Hp the better, plus it's always nice to be able to keep up with or smoke someone who spent like $30K on their cars.
