I have had a gsr, civic, autozone shift ****, ebay type r, greddy, and now skunk 2 shift ****. By far the Skunk 2 shift **** is the best that i have had. For its price it is very good. It help shifting into gear. Makes it feel much smoother and less notchy. I also have oem bushing so the **** helps out alot.

If you want to know how much heavier it is...it is a somewhat heavier than the metal shift ***** that you can find at autozone and autoparts. When comparing the two you can tell the difference because the ebay type r weights about the same as those at auto stores.

Feels good when you slam it into gears....really smooth too. For me, when i slam it into gears it is like it is sliding in to the next gear.

I always have a rag or something in my trunk for wiping my car clean. I use that when the metal gets hot. It never gets too hot though. I am used to it i guess, but it is good to have a peice of cloth for situation like those. Just remeber to not expose your **** to sunlight too long.

I would have liked mine, but the extra weight was hell on my already grinding 3rd and 4th gear.
