My uncle is going to buy a daily driver so that he doesnt spend a fortune on gas in his lincoln towncar. He is getting an 92 civic Si and the car has a B18C1 in it. He called me and asked me if i wanted the motor! He wants something more simple and more gas efficient, i offered to give him my mini-me (Y8head on B7block) for the gsr engine and he said ok, all i have to do now is find out what i need for the swap and the ODB1/2 conversion for each car! Another question i have is are the mounts that are currently on the EG the ones for my 97 civic? and are the mounts that i have in my Ek the ones that he would need for his EG? take in consideration axles, shift linkage and all that good stuff! And if anyone has info on how much a swap like this would run?? Thanks in Advanced! Freeee motor for me, well practically free!

Axles and shift linkages will interchange.

Mounts are different between both cars(some are reusable, but not all).

You will both need to reuse your harnesses on the motors your swapping in.

He's gonna need an obd1 ecu and your gonna need a jumper harness.

Thats the basics. Search for all the details. This has been covered before.
