Default D16 Exhaust Flange dimensions

I need dimensions for the exhaust head flange for a d16 to so some work in solidworks with some different turbo manifold ideas ive had and i dont have a gasket or header or anything layin around so i figured someone has already done it and would be willing to help me out. i do plan on posting my designs for anyone to see when i finish, along with material lists and things like that to hopefully give the people with the resources the means to a cheap quality peace.

ps. i just finished searching tons of threads and found everything except the d16 flange.

thanks in advance,
chris

damn, few people will ever post their 'proprietary' flange specs. The files are small, the pics are even smaller, the yearnign to help is usually the smallest though.

Too bad you didn't include the bolt pattern I might take some dimentions later since I'm fabbing for my spare d16 atm.

im told that most manifolds are made from 1.5" "el"s seeing as the port is 1.7" across im confused....i guess you might could squish it and oval it out?

Just take a exhaust manifold gasket and measure it.
