Ight ive been working on my car for a couple of weeks and im about to lower it back to the ground but noticed that my passanger side coilover is loose. like i can move it up and down freely. but on the driver side its tight and wont budge. is this normal? or is it soppose to be tight?

 

You mean the sleeve can move?

 

you need to tighten up the sleeve then

 

i think he means the coilover spring is moving freely
