Default Swap VTEC onto D16A6... Help

Ok, found this 91 CRX Si with 130k original miles and immaculate interior. Very mechanically sound but the head has light seepage from the gasket. Im going to have to pull the head. I want to go VTEC and I want to do it real soon. Heres what I know and please correct me where im wrong...

-need a SOHC VTEC head
-from an EX Civic 93-96?
-with either a P08 or P28 ECU?
-remove the oil journal blocking the oil port when i pull the non-vtec head off
-wiring?
-will put a thin head gasket in there (keepin it all motor high compression)
-WHAT ELSE?

HELP

you can use a sohc vtec head form, a 92-95 civic si or ex, or you can use a 96-2000 civic ex head. or z6 and y8. as for the ecu you can use the p28 or p08, but i heard the p08 has a better fuel mapping. use rywire with a obd0 to obd1 jumper harness, go to there website, rywire.com. basically use the search tool to find anything else you need. then do a write up while your doing it, andkeep us updated
