Ok, I know that I need to buy a manaul, but I don't work on my car that often and I need to know which wires are + and which wires are -. I have a 2002 Accord LX 4cyl 4 door. I am replacing the factory speakers, but I don't know which wires are which on the harness. Anyone know the color code on the factory system?

You can just get a multimeter and connect it to the wires with the radio turned up. If you see a positive voltage reading then you have the polarity right. If the reading is negative you have it backwards.

Here's another cool trick, when you remove the speakers, look at the plug and how it plugs into the speakers, the wire on the LEFT will ALWAYS be positive. Another cool trick, go to your local stereo shop and pick up speaker harnesses, they're about 9$ for a pair and that way you can just plug and play, no need tos splice. Then if you ever get rid of your car, you can just pop the stock speakers back in I recommend the speaker harness way of doing things, but that's just me. GL
