I have an auto trans and it seems to rev and bang into gear. If you shift manually, its fine, just does it in drive. Any help, a sensor, anything?

 

Sounds like you need to adjust the trans cable. If it is too tight or loose it will cause shift problems. It sounds like it's too tight, but my experience with those is limited. I'll see if I can blow the dust off of the procedure unless someone can beat me to it.
Also check your fluid. If it's dark and smelly it needs to be changed with Honda ATF-Z1.
