Default Car wont start

I have a 95 hatchback with a B16a2. I was driving and then my car just turn off. I notice my relay dosen't click and the fuel pump dosent work. I got a new relay and my car still dosent start. I checked the power and ground wires and they are good. I tryed 2 diffrent ecu and i checked all the wires from the relay. But if i manually ground #8 on the relay the fuel pump works and the relay clicks. But T\]the car still dosent start. What could be the prolem?

If you don't even get a click, its not the dizzy. Did you check the voltage at the ECU, Key ignition, and relay? Thats really all it could be, is one of those. Unless you have really bad luck with relays and you keep getting bad ones or something.

I also checked fuse #18 under the dash and i checked if there is any voltage. There is no voltage at the fuse. Fuse #18 is for main relay and the ecu. I think it might be the wires to the fuse. Does anyone have any other ideas.

I checked if i am getting any voltage to the dizzy but there is no voltage going to it.
I also grounded #8 wire at the main relay and my fuel pump started to work. I am going to take out the dash and check all the wires at the main relay.

DIZZY </TD></TR></TABLE>

If the dizzy isn't getting power, its not gonna make spark. I think the issue lies a few steps before the dizzy.

Keep testing connection points following one to the next. Eventually you'll narrow down the part/wires thats causing the issue.
