tapping tranny for 4th gen swap?

I keep reading that you have to tap the tranny holes for the h22 tranny to go in the 4th gen accord. I cant find a write up about it or any more details. So more info on this would be great.

when you take off the tranny moutn from the 4th gen tranny and place it on the h22 tranny it will be pretty obvious to figure out which holes to tap
