what do you guys use to lube rubber bushings and to keep rubber boots from deteriorating
i was just wondering what is used to lube rubber bushings and what to put on boots( ie: axel boots, steering rack boots) to keep them from drying out and squeeking.

I've heard from miata guys that talcum powder works well on rubber roots, as it fills in whatever microscopic holes are there, and prevents oil/crap from getting on them and deteriorating them
