Default Quick title ?

I bought a 92 si hatch a few weeks ago, and got the title today. My question is, if the body type is eg why on the title does it say cp for body type.

huh?

I might be reading this incorrectly but I think you got 2 problems

1) "EG" isn't really a body type. Its a chassis code and the wrong chassis code if your car is USDM. Its EH3

2) Body type means: Coupe, Sedan, Hatchback, etc. Which is still a problem if you have a Si which is a hatchback. (CP meaning coupe)

I think you should go to the DMV and get it all straightened out so a cop won't give you **** about it

as long as your vin# is correct, it's fine. and you should see your chassis code in the beginning of the vin#.

Yeah don't worry about it. CP does mean coupe, which a cop doesn't know the diference and won't give you **** about it, if you have refigistration. yeah, EG is chassis, not body style. DMV will take care of your problem.
