Default installed new headers now have problem

i got a 93 accord ex 4dr.i installed spoon headers and now i hear and feel banging underneath....is it possible that i have too much back pressure?it came with header and downpipe... i got a muffler also but no new piping or cat...still stock....my headers say there 2 1/4. i checked my hanger and it looks tight..so what do u guys think?????

Is it that kind of banging noise?? I usually have to loosen some of the other exhaust joints & move stuff around in the hangers; then tighten it all back down after it's lined up.

ok am gonna install a new high flow cat and tell them to realign it...but is this causeing damage to my car???cause i aint got the dough to do it right away... it only does that when am at 2000-2900 rpm..... hit me back

You aren't gonna have too much back pressure from that setup. Its possible to have to little back pressure but that will just cause a loss of power, not a banging noise. It probably won't hit your floor pan but, it might be hitting the heat shield of possibly the rear lower control arm. It may cause damage to whatever its hitting or the exhaust itself if its not fixed. I agree with JimBlake, you need to re-align your setup.
