Who knows where I can get it or who the owner is and how to contact them?

nope...USDM painted black...have been wanting to do that to my CW for a while now...it's a nice compliment to my spoonies
Nope it <U>is</u> Carbon Fiber. I saw it with my own eyes. I don't think it looks half as good as a stock color matched lip.

btw, that lip was all torn up.

there are some things where you can't apply jdm or spoon concept to a USDM R and that is one of them right there. Looks like ***.
