Default think my fuel pressure is too high

my fuel pressure reads about 39 psi at idle and about 46 at wide open throttle.....it runs a little bit rich at WOT....it is a stock d16y8 FPR and stock fuel pump...someone told me this was too high waht should it be?

Should I get an adjustable FPR and turn it down?

Pull up the Y8 service manual and do some troubleshooting before you start buying things.

stock honda is 45 psi.. so you are a little high on the top. how do you know what your fuel pressure is at WOT? dyno time or something?
