Default spec 6 puck

i just got a new spec 6 clutch clutch, but it doesnt say anythin about break in.....do puck clutchts have a break in period?

all clutches require a break in period point blank, friction material needs broken in.

i'd say to be safe do a break in of about 500 miles

I've heard that pucked clutches don't need a break in period b/c there isn't as much friction material and also the main reason for break in is to form a wear pattern I thought?!?!?!

you can do burnouts w/ a new clutch, but its only going to score the friction material, and ultimately decrease the life and the performance of the clutch.
