Will anybody please tell me what the paint code for Sunlight Yellow on a CTR is..

Everywhere i look it says Y-56 but that is Phoniex Yellow and they are 2 completly diffrent colors.

They are not completely different colors. Y-56 is called Phoenix Yellow or Sunlight Yellow depending upon the country/market.

 

.. sigh then explain to me why they look completley diffrent.

 

Have you seen an OEM Phoenix Yellow CTR in person? If not then whoever mixed the paint for the car that you saw didn't do a very good job at it!!!!

 

Perhaps it's just the lighting, the particular paint job, or the camera. Members with JDM and Euro cars that were marketed as "Sunlight Yellow" have confirmed that the paint code on the door jamb is indeed Y-56, just like the USDM cars.

 

Who wants to drive a Fairy Yellow car anyway? Championship White FTW!!!

 

mines already Championship white, its time for a change.. but i still want a ek9 color.. so i guess Y-56 it is.
