Default My Illuminas came in! Time for install....

just woke up and with someone at the door, and to my suprise it was the UPS man.

finally came in.

sorry about the pics, my camera is in my girlfriends car, so my phone had to do.

</a>

</a>

installing them once the sun goes down a little....

there going on my rex, b16, with progress lowering springs. hoping for a better ride. i have stock shocks...

i had a really quick question, i searched it up and found a couple of things but for my setup might be different i suppose. for everyday driving should i be like 2/3 or what? and if i'm not mistaken i cut the bumpstops in half right?

can anyone help me out...i'm new the whole ajustablity.

drag racing =
autocross =
daily driving =
so on...

Just set up the shocks to your liking. I daily drive/autox with both front a rear shocks set at 4.(350lb front springs/400lb rear) This may or may not work for you, just experiment.....

i just might go back to getting illuminas now since ill already have lowering springs and koni's lowering option will be of no use to me

so can u adjust on illuminas? just rebound stiffness? and hows that work

just find whatever setting YOU like. if its 5 on all four, then fine. or 3 up front and 2 in back, whatever. when you go to the track, then adjust it again if you want.

youll be fine with cutting the bumpstops in half.

its nice that illuminas come with fresh bumpstops.

WOW.

these things are a huge difference.

i have them set on 3 all around and drove for about 10 min and i love my rex even more.

i'm a experiment more tonight, take a long drive.

damn these are some bad *** shocks....

than again i just had stock ones before. they weren't blown at all, maybe about 5 months old.

i'll vouch for these.
