Default Fuel componets

I am researching to build an all motor H22 and was wondering how advanced the engine would have to be before I needed to add fuel components.

My plan is an all motor H22. I'm new to the entire tuning world, so I'm trying to do get all my research finished before I buy anything. Parts are as follows:

Intake:
-Skunk 2 intake manifold
-AEM short ram air intake

Head:
-Port and polish
-Skunk 2 stage 2 cams
-Skunk 2 titanium retainers
-Skunk 2 valve springs
-stock valves with 3-angle job
-AEM tru-time adjustable cam gears

Fuel System:
-GReddy 550cc fuel injectors?
-fuel rail?
-aftermarket pump?
-aftermarket regulator?

Block:
-Custom pistons by Wiseco
-balanced crankshaft

Any other brands I should be looking at? Mine seems to be predominatly Skunk 2.

My goal is to have a reliable daily driver that can still run sub 15's. I say 15's because I'm going w\an accord chassis to keep some functionality in the way of comfort and cargo.

Is there a programmable ECU that would let me dial in power for racing on the weekend, but the back it down for cruising during the week?
