Default Clutch Doesn't Feel The Same.........(replaced c/m/c)

Ok so I finished swaping in the new clutch master cylinder and bled the clutch. Problem is, the clutch doesn't feel the same, it still is soft compared to what it used to be (ACT Xtreme PP). The slave cylinder is fine and I bled the lines once more with no prevail.

Any suggestions?

Do you adjust that gold peice that connects to the clutch pedal? If so, no I didn't really touch that too much.

Ok so I turned the piston for the m/c counter clockwise, wich shortened the engagement length and gave it a little bit better feel.

Does moving the piston in or out effect disengagement, I ask because it still seems hard to get into some of the gears.
