Will a EK header cause on a EG cause o2 CEL?

I have an EF that I converted obdo-obd1. I am fairly well with wiring but I threw a few codes (the other 2 are wiring problems
), but I also threw an o2 code (CEL 41).
I was told the sensor is good but not positive if it is. I think my wiring is good but not positive (will check).
However I am running a 96-00 Civic header on the motor and where the o2 (blunge) is it is located near the end of the downpipe (near the catylitic convertor) where the o2 sensor on a 92-95 Civic is located on the manifold on a runner.
Will this throw my code since its in the wrong place?
Will it throw a code since I am running just the header (not catylitic converter and no exhaust waiting on parts)? I think this may but wasn't positive.
Thanks,
Shane

Which o2 sensor code is it? Bank 1 sensor 1 or bank 1 sensor 2? If it is sensor 2 it's because you don't have a cat.
It is also called an o2 sensor BUNG not blunge, whatever blunge means!

HAHA. thats right. when I was writing it I was like man this doesn't look right. Oh well close enough
.
Its throughing 4 long and 1 short.. CEL 41. which for obd1 is oxygen heat sensor I believe. And I'm only running 1 o2 sensor. Don't need 2.
Thanks again.
