What color? Classic white?
I have some 16x7 +45 C10's, classic white, with Hankook Z212's mounted, probably 500 street miles and zero autocross/track miles. PM me an offer if you're interested.

I bought the wheels here http://www.jlbmotorsports.com/
Last year I paid $450 for the set + $60 shipping.
Current price: $490 shipped? Nice.

For real, granted these aren't Mugen or Circuit 10's but these are $600 from http://www.rrr-game.com
From modacar.com Circuit 10's are $125 per, $500 a set, why not save an extra $100 and get some Volks and not support the fake parts industry? I don't know how much cheaper you can get Rotas but Volks for $600 are a steal.
