it means your spark plug tube seals are blown.
you have to replace them.

search that site for spark plug tube seals

It's either the upper or lower spark plug tube seals. Generally it's the upper spark plug tube seals. To replace those you just remove the valve cover, pop the old ones out and pop the new one in and put the valve cover back on. The lowers are more involved, someone did a write-up on it, I'll see if I can find it.

first you have to upload the picture to an online hosting site like ImageStation or PhotoBucket for example.
Once you have the picture uploaded onto the hosting site, right click the uploaded picture and go to properties.
Then highlight the URL and right click the highlighted area and click Copy.
Then come on here and click the image tab like you did. Then right click inbetween the ][ on the image tag and click Paste.
That will post your picture on the site. I hope that made sence.

does this look like a bottom or top seal??

both the bottom and top seals are obove the spark plug.
there is no oil on the threads of the spark plug.
you need to go to advance and get a valve cover gasket kit.
comes with, valve cover gasket, upper spark plug tube seals, lower spark plug tube seals (which are about halfway down the tube)
there is no way we can figure out which seals are bad from that picture, most likely the bottom,

It's hard to tell just from pictures.
If it was me, I would buy the valve cover gasket set and start with that. If that doesn't work, then go ahead and tear it apart and replace the lower ones. But I would personally start with the cheapest and easiest ones. It seems like most people end up finding the upper seals to be the problem.

could always, clean the tubes out, run the car for a bit, then take a look.
you will be able to see it coming out of either the top or bottom seals.
i could tell on mine.
