Default Bolt size for rear lower control arms...

Does anyone know what the bolt size is for the lower control arms that connect to the rear shocks?

Thanks

But what type bolt is it? I'm asking because I want to replace that bolt when I put on my new control arm and shocks. The bolt is rusted on there and won't even come off with an air gun, so I'm gonna take off the whole thing.

grade 10 hardened steel.. very important.. you dont wanna loose your end on a twisty road

dealer has it but it's expensive. $10-15 a piece. Other stores have it for $2-3 if you can find the right one. I found grade 8 regular steel (too soft) for around $0.80 a piece but you need grade 10 hardened steel to be sure.

It's a special bolt. It's knurled to hold the LCA bushing tighter. I'd get the real thing. You're going to have to either drill out the old bolt from the bushing, press in a new bushing or get another LCA. I used to just replace the LCA but, I have a press now so, I replace the bushings.

That bolt's not coming out. You're just going to snap the head off if you try. It's basically rust-welded to the inside of the metal part of the bushing.
