All high-lift long duration cams will have idle characteristics that are different from the stock cam. They generally don't create enough vacuum at idle. You get power at the expense of smooth idle at 800 rpm. Usually having a slightly higher idle point say 1000-1100 will get rid of this problem.

Why?

B's and C's idle the same. YUMMY! You really can't tell by listening unless you know what you're listening for....
