any body work involved before the paint?


just got to get all your moldings back on and painted black and it will look SICK!

 

yeah there was so much body work, that before pic is before winter, it was alot worse when I started working on it. Im just going to leave my car as it is, just get the fender panel and paint it white and everything should be good.

ok since noone seems to like my car w/o black mouldings . . . . I bought the car w/o side mouldings, actually, I had about 2 pieces. So that wouldnt look to good would it? And I sure as hell am not hunting down or paying for new mouldings when it looks good as is. The only pieces im getting are the fender panels.

bondo or steel on that rust?

IMO i would do black moldings and black skirts, but never the less, one more clean saved rex

brought down the rust as far as possible, rust bulleted, then bondo( )

It does, kinda caught me off guard for a second...like BAM! WHITE

 

so you're not putting back on the lower trim for the bottem of the fenders?? If so you shoud have just gotten some bottom portion of civic fenders welded on the crx fenders,,as they go all the way down and would have match the curve of that door without the lower trim..

it looks great besides that though

 

yeah I am replacing the bottom fender panel, I was just saying im not looking around for the door trim, etc. b/c I like it as is.

Might as well as do a pic of the bay before/after. nothing special, just cleaner.
